Birth Doulas are the people who hold your hand through all the unknowns, stresses, and joys of childbearing.
My job is to walk with you from pregnancy through birth, educating and listening to your needs all the way!! Encouraging you to follow your instincts through the birth process so your can meet your little one with the most ease possible.

Birth Doula Support
Birth doulas are professionals who provide physical, emotional and information support to you throughout your pregnancy and during labor.
Birth Doula Services include:
- Prep 4 Birth class and Prep 4 Partner class. These classes will educate you about how to ready your body, mind and partner for pregnancy and birth. Please see below for details.
- One pre-natal in home visit ( 36/37 weeks) to go over any last minute questions, including a review of your birth plan.
- On-call period begins two weeks before your estimated due-date
- I will remain with you throughout your labor and birth and will stay a maximum of two hours after the birth of the baby
- One in-home postpartum visit to see how things are going, answer your questions and re-cap feelings and outcome of your birth.
Prep 4 Birth

A complete prenatal prep clinic for expectant moms. A blend of education and physical movement to help expectant mothers prepare their bodies and minds for labor and delivery.
In this 3 hour class, you will learn techniques to relieve achy lower backs, train your body for labor time, strengthen core and pelvic floor, labor positions to open pelvis at different station levels, birthing positions using ball for support, stretches for pregnancy, and plenty of tips to support you mentally and physically during this beautiful transformation into motherhood!!
